Tim helped guide me through fixing an issue on my own that I've been having for the last 5 days on my laptop/hard drive. He explained everything to me in full detail and was able to understand each step along the way I may have not fixed the main issue but was able to get what I wanted/needed off my drive before anything happened to it. I definitely would recommend Chatham Geeks to anyone in need of computer/laptop repair or if you're having any moderate to serious issues with your desktop computer or laptop!Thank again Tim!
