Had a great experience with Jay. He took his time and went through each room very carefully and even managed to fit into a tiny crawl space that probably only kids could fit in. Not to mention, he also had to get up on the roof to do the sewer scope. He was determined to get those figured out and looked at. Very professional and detailed inspection report afterwards with video footage of sewer and leaks we couldn't see for ourselves in the crawl.

Suarez Home Inspections LLC is by far the best home inspection company I’ve ever worked with. Mr. Suarez was punctual, very courteous, and professional. He performed a very thorough inspection of the home we were looking to purchase and took the time to explain his findings on the spot. Afterwards, he delivered a detailed yet easy to read inspection report for our review. He also made himself readily available for any questions we had regarding the report. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend.
