Nice place to buy asian beauty products, but please train the employees better? put on more of smiley face and better attitude and please not to followed us every isle and every step we go? Felt like they suspecting us to steal something and it’s not the best shopping experience in my opinion. I’m sticking buying asian beauty online rather coming to this store again. And maybe just install cctv or hidden camera for more security

Warning!! Don’t buy their special priced products! I got a bag of it in mid of August 2022 and all of them are expired at least 1 month. I mentioned that to their staff and she said all of this kind of bags are expired. Don’t waste your time and money at this store! They just want you to pay to help them get rid of the expired stuff. Horrible! I will never visit this shop for anything in the future because of their dishonesty.

The store put the wrong sale tag on a product and I brought that product unluckily. I found it out immediately(without leaving the store or destroy the product), but the store still reject to let me return the product! I think they should let me return because they put the wrong tag and I didn't leave the store!

One of the only places I know I can get Japanese bath tablets (please offer バブ! I miss it so much!) and affordable face peeling gel. It's too bad they can't sell アイボン that's another thing I miss, as well as cooling sheets and cooling spray for hot summer months. A good little selection if you're homesick for Japanese goods.
