Phenomenal facility and staff. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have my doctor, pharmacist, physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist and dermatologist all under one roof. All the medical staff and receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

I was here on December 19th feeling like I was going to die...the staff immediately treated me with care. I was sent on an ambulance later to the hospital. I need to take a moment hereto thank all the doctors and ER that treated me that day. Best service I have received and I really appreciate it. I understand walk in clinics are busy and a wait time should be expected due to the unpredictable nature. However, I made an appointment online through their booking system, hoping it would lessen the wait. Currently, it’s been over 1.5 hours and still waiting c: I’ve seen patients arrive after me get seen promptly within 20 minutes.

Long wait times of more than 6 weeks for Ian MacPhee for a simple family doctor visit and inability to use clinic's walk-in if assigned to a doctor. Faulty online booking system and difficult to reach receptionist on the phone. Unacceptable service standards plus paid parking. They will try to squeeze any penny from you. Nearby Edinburgh clinic wait times are much lower and doctors are more accessible.

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional receptionist. (Blonde female) I went in with my girlfriend as she needed to re-book an appointment because it got accidentally cancelled by the receptionist. She couldn’t get through on the phone for over 2 weeks trying so we drive from kitchener to book the appointment. My girlfriend came out of the office very upset while I was waiting in the parking lot. I went back in with her and were given horrible attitude immediately and we’re cut as she slammed the glass and locked it. Completely uncalled for as there was no disrespect given to her. She has been with this doctor for a very long time and says that he is a great doctor. Can’t say the same for his receptionist.Extremely disappointed by this.

I was quite pleased with the service offered both times that I went. The first time was for my allergies. I was referred and had allergy testing done within 2 weeks after my visit at this clinic and the second time was for my shoulder pain. Both visits went well.I saw Dr. Diaz as mentioned by another that commented. Drs only have so much time to see each patient. Especially if they are busy. Thats likely why she asked you to choose the one symptom causing you the most grief. You have to go back for each different medical issue. Just like you would in your own Drs office. Or make an appointment for a physical. Then they slot off more time. I found Dr. Diaz very professional. Not everyone's demeaner is friendly. She addressed my shoulder pain pronto. Sent me for an xray and I had a call within an hour after I left to see a specialist. I've never had service like that in my life...ANYWHERE!As for parking. I parked to the side behind Wal-Mart and walked down the walkway 5 minutes. No cost. Thanks to all of the staff at Chancellors way medical clinic for doing such an outstanding job....Respectfully Faye Dzikewich

One of the worst reception “ladies” of all time.(blonde curly hair probably named karen ) Full of attitude. Talks back doesn’t let you book your appointments. Cancels your appointments on you without you knowing! . Will take everything out of context . Very sexiest. Doesn’t answer the phone. You play phone tag just so you can talk to YOUR doctor . Very very unprofessional establishment . The doctors are great the people at the desks are very disrespectful . Do not recommend this to anyone . I’ve had the same doctor in within family for 45+ years never had a problem with reception until now. Very unimpressed DO NOT RECOMMEND

Didn't have to wait long to get my meds. The pharmacists are very professional and caring. The building is brand new, so it's a nice clean pharmacy.

I'm tired of people using the bike lane as free parking. Sure you can unload and pick up elderly and people with mobility issues. BUT people just idle there or park for free instead of the paid parking lot or parking at walmart or wiliams and walking 200m on the foot path or student parking lot. I'm just going to keep reporting it to the city (probably just to have it continuously ignored)

Amazing state of the art healthcare and medical facility all in one. Guelph is lucky to have such a beautiful and integrated facility to improve your health for you and your family holistically.I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly, especially Luke and Chantelle Boudreau.I would highly recommend for anyone and their family.THE place to go for health and wellness.
