This shop was referred by another mechanic for my E550 transmission issue which they promptly fixed with a reset. I will send my BMW x5 to them for a differential issue. Old school guys who know their german cars.

Brought in a 2005 C240 for a full inspection since my regular garage wouldn’t do work on that make/model. After “fixing everything” the car still wouldn’t shift gears properly (kind of a dealbreaker) so I brought it back and they charged me even more (even though I’d asked them to ensure it was safe to drive the first time around). Paid their extremely high prices a second time and the thing drives but has never sounded worse. Maybe they knocked the muffler so I’d have to come back a third time? Could not stress enough that you should absolutely not trust them with your vehicle.

Completely tried to lie to me about my car and get me to replace my engine for thousands of dollars when the repair was much less. Entire group of liars. They also replaced my spark plugs with much cheaper champion ones. Avoid at all costs. They are scammers.

Eurowa came recommended to us by another mechanic as they specialize in European vehicles. So far the service has been strong and communication professional. Currently awaiting final pickup and look forward to having a positive experience on the follow through.

Had a nice experience at Eurowa. I showed up as a walk-in for an estimate on a hard-shifting ZF transmission. They were able to diagnose a minor issue and performed the repair same day, which was a big relief. Even though I only came in for the transmission, they helpfully pulled all engine codes and notified me of a wheel bearing beginning to fail. They were very conservative with labor and the rates are good.

I would like to share my experiences today. My engine light was suddenly on. I have my extended warranty on my car and my warranty company referred me to this garage. When I arrived garage this morning, the owner told me it was 80$ to have a diagnostic. I told him I was told by the warranty company that diagnosis can be covered up to 45$. The owner was not patient to explain but I didn’t say anything after and let them work. They took 10 minutes and completed diagnostic that showing there is an issue with fuel cap. Not a big issue, no need to repair, so they turned off the engine light. I went back to the office with an employee who did diagnostic. He collected my info and put into the computer. Meanwhile, I called my warranty company to double check the policy to see if the diagnostic would be covered. At the end of time, the employee was taking my payment, the owner suddenly came in and yelling to me because I took his employee too much time. He didn’t give me any second to talk and shouting to me. I arrived the garage at 10am and they spent 10min to complete diagnostic. It took the employee 15mins to print paper from the computer , during waiting I called my warranty company to check the policy , I left garage about at 10:40am . The owner was mad on me as I took his 40 minutes on my car issue. I definitely won’t go back to this garage as the owner has very bad personality and unprofessional attitude to the customer. Can’t deal anything with this kind of rude person. I wouldn’t give any score to this garage.

AVOID AT ALL COST!Worst. service. ever.My BMW came out of the garage worse than when it came in. + They are highly unprofessional and have no respect for their clients.UPDATE: +They lie, they claimed there was no noise and DID NOT inspect the car as they say. And all of that in more than 48hours!I have video proof of their lack of professionalism.

Avoid at all cost. Took my my car under my extended guarantee for a full diagnosis because I couldn't choose the garage. I knew my car had an issue with a bearing (which btw is covered by my guarantee). They run a basic diagnosis. After 3 weeks with no response and not answering calls no one followed up with my guarantee nor me.Completely unprofessional with the people swearing all the time.Don’t waste your time in here.Called my guarantee that refereed meTo Speed Auto Tech in West Island. Amazing service by professionals and educated people. Serviced car at scheduled time, follow up with guarantee in place and guess what? Coverage is confirmed.

I went to this garage for many years ( at least 8)thinking that I could trust their service. Despite the idiosyncrasies of the owner I’d say he was very colourful I presumed he was a talented mechanic. I trusted my car to them for a long time but when the under hood of my car was totally rusted and had not been taken care of by them within that eight years ,I was very disappointed. Also every time I brought my car in for repair when I drove it out or within a few weeks my engine light always came on. It was attributed to my turbo engine which they said needed to be oiled and took four hours of labour at least this happened many times. In the past couple of years I’ve tried a new garage and incidentally I have never had my engine light go on or needed my turbo engine oiled!! Beware of them they try to make an allusion a profession .it is not that. If one of you is reading this you need to go visit another garage and realize how distinguished and professional other Garages are. They treat their clients with respect they don’t swear in front of them or scream in front of them etc. it’s not a sitcom, it’s a business. Sorry but the review is very bad because now I realize How much you cost me in repairs that were unnecessary. Not very nice people in the long run Judy Kennedy

Serviced both my Porsche Cayenne and my Boxster there. Their mechanical work is good, they know German brands, but their attention to detail of putting everything back together as it should be has been poor in my experience. Too many rattling noises of loose seams for door trim and engine bay covers that have not been properly screwed back properly.
