Already 3 months my claim still not resolved

This bank is scamming and stealing people's personal information. They first attract though their online submission service. Offer to purchase online their offer but require at the last step to call them for verification. Before you speak to someone, require you to agree that your personal information be disclosed to their services and all their partners internationally. They collect all your personal informations once you have agreed. The information on the online quote is not valid anymore. Then make you wait for a few minutes once they have access to every banking and personal information and come back declining for the most ransom reason ( they don't cover learning licenses, one that every rider in quebec is forced to have for at least a year, some of us keep them for a lifetime). That's on top of requesting French services and being forced to english by representatives that seem to be king and queens. That's for the level of consideration they have for us. Conclusion: illegal practice that they warn you not to agree to as scam redflags. On their part, they must have consulted their lwgal team to make sure selling this information and accesses collected is made look legit and the most legal possible. But it is simply not. Bending is breaking. It's a scam. Our banks are losing all their value as the base of their existence is trust.

Scammers, liars, dusrispecrful, thieves. They don't honour their quotes and steal your money. By far the worst insurance provider to exist. Worst customer service of any company I've ever called. WOYLD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE!
