About the Business
Iona Beach Regional Park | Metro Vancouver is a federation of 21 municipalities, one Electoral Area and one Treaty First Nation that collaboratively plans for and delivers regional-scale services. Its core services are drinking water, wastewater treatment and solid waste management. Metro Vancouver also regulates air quality, plans for urban growth, manages a regional parks system and provides affordable housing.

Iona Beach Regional Park
A wonderful regional park and beach in Vancouver. A place to check out if you’re in the Richmond area and the Vancouver weather is nice and sunny! Really clean beaches and must I say that it seems to be a hidden spot in Vancouver as it isn’t too busy for the most part! Compared to the other beaches like Kits or Belcarra this one seems to be the most peaceful

Beautiful park with all kind of nature, such as a group of birds flying, sunset seeing, and a long path walkway along with the beautiful ocean view. Airport is close to see that. Cool place must visit! Highly recommended.

Nice long strolling jetty 2.5 hr 8 km walking round trip.Views, wildlife, walking or sitting at the beach enjoying the views and activity at #YVR

Interesting 4K walk out into the ocean along this well groomed jetty/spit. On clear days the views are very nice and the breeze is lovely.

Nice park surrounded by water! Parking could be hectic on weekends. If you get there before noon, there is usually a spot.You can go to the jetty for a flat walk or to the beach for more varied hike. It’s nice to stroll around the lagoon, too.

This place is the best location for sunset. You get a beautiful view of the sunset almost all year around.
