Downward Dog Grooming

Downward Dog Grooming has amazing staff. I always feel safe and comfortable leaving my dogs with them for their grooming. The quality of the grooming services are always amazing. I have an elderly dog that the staff makes sure to accommodate for so that he’s comfortable.

Downward dog is one of the best groomers I’ve ever been to!! The employees are so nice they even helped me out with fixing my girls’ feet when I couldn’t afford to! Truly life savers

Downward Dog Grooming is the best grooming place to go to. The staff truly care about the people and pets they see. They adapt to the pet's temperament and have loads of patience. They are so gentle with my fur baby. I would recommend Downward Dog for anyone with a pet. Nicole is a wonderful groomer and has so much passion for what she does. Always happy whenever I come here. :)

After taking our dog here for over four years and always leaving a generous tip, this business would not help us out when we were a little late for our appointment. Yes I was the one that was late but they offered no solution and said we couldn’t get our dog back in for a month. We will never be back!!! Very poor customer service!!

Okay so DDG is seriously the best in town! I don’t trust anyone else after seeing how happy my Malina is when she gets to come here for her grooming needs. My dog actually looks forward to it which is incredible. The workers here do such an amazing job, and you can also see the genuine love they have for these doggos! (Which I find is super important when choosing a groomer).

I have been a client for a few years while Suki was alive but when we lost her I got 2 havanese puppies. When I went to bookan appointment for their grooming I was told that they were not taking on new clients. But I told the girl that I had been a client for a few years and I pay for the grooming. Not happy at all. Mandy

Adding some substance to Twyla’s earlier quote. Twyla is exactly correct that their groomers don’t (or at least didn’t) get their tips. The company KEPT ALL the tips left by customers and justified it by offering pizza to some of the staff once a week. I know this because my daughter has a friend that works their, my daughter had interest in working there too until she learned of this. Ridiculous company policy if you ask me. Shame shame. If you do business here or are considering it please ensure your tip (if you leave one) goes directly to whom you are intending.Responding to owners response:Contacting your lawyer for slander? Oh Grasshopper, you have much to learn. Let’s have some fun here shall we?Firstly, my review (and I suspect Twyla’s, don’t know the lady) are fact. You so much as just admitted it in your response to me. You have taken tips that were meant for your staff and kept them WITHOUT informing your customer. That’s kind of fraud isn’t it? It’s certainly misleading at the very least. To think, student or no student, your groomer completed the task, the customer was happy and therefore left a tip for that staff member. Did the customer even realize your staffer was a “student”? I suspect they didn’t.Your lawyer (if your prepared to spend the money) will tell you, you have to prove damages. Considering this is factual, Good luck.You may actually want to instead spend the money on a course of how to respond to negative reviews. It would be much better money spent.

Best dog groomer in town! My golden looks always beautiful and loves to go there.

I was looking for a groomer for my 3 dogs as my groomer recently moved away. I called Downward Dog Grooming as they came recommended. I wanted to make some inquiries and wow! I spoke to a woman by the name of Nicole on the phone and she was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Sadly they’re not accepting new clients, but recommended a few to reach out to. I’m going to keep looking but continue to check in and see if an opening does come up.
