In my professional career. I have never met a vendor who is as bad as this one for follow ups. I made several calls to them on status of my work requested. Upon calling more them 5 times, I was always told I will receive a call back. I had reached out to them regarding relocating a flagpole. They stated I will have to wait till summer. I did. Once the warmer weather arrived, I was told that the City has to approve it. Sure, makes sense so I will wait. Then the rep went MIA. No replies, no responses to email.This vendor kept me waiting for more than 7 months on having our flagpole relocated. Now its winter months.When asked to speak to Management. I was told * we are not allowed to get our Managers names*. The rep I was dealing with has been MIA still. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone. I STILL don't have a response from them.
