Dropped in with 9 teens to celebrate a 13th birthday. Without batting an eye, the staff pulled out all of the stops and made this an experience she’ll never forget with sparklers, singing, a musical Birthday overture and just the kind of high-energy happiness that only Ben and Jerry’s can bring. To all the staff that just piled on and made this a night never to forget, thank you!!!

No prices to be seen anywhere. Ordered a small milkshake and a small lemonade. They charged me 27$Lemonade did not taste good. It had a sour bad citrus taste as if juice went bad.TripAdvisor should discourage tourists from going there. Just at other corner on NotreDame there is a depaneur with drinks and icecream at normal prices.

It was amazing experience. It was the first time to try Ben & Jerry's ice cream. Taste was mouthwatering and the quantity was great. Besides that the staff were so nice and so fast serving customers... We tried Chunky Monkey" which is Banana Ice Cream with Fudge Chunks & Walnuts. It was yummy! My wife tred the "Ciel de Guimauve" which is Marshmallow ice cream with marshmallow swirls & gobs of chocolate chip cookie dough & chocolate chocolate chip cookie dough. She enjoyed it. And the kids tried the "Brownie au fudge" which is Chocolate Ice Cream with Fudge Brownies. It was nice with its brownies peieces inside."

Excellent ice cream creations!! Not only do they look great but they are the perfect treat on a hot day. We had chocolate chip, coffee and mint chocolate!Their location is very nice and very beautiful but they don't manage the music well, when we were there it was VERY loud we didn't hear anything and also the employe was friendly and helpful but confused about the loud music.

This place doesn’t skimp out on the ice cream. If it’s cookies and cream, it’s loaded with cookies. Friendly, fast service. We got The Tonight Dough and Milk and Cookies. Both were delicious.

We went here on Saturday with my family. I recommend you to go visit the Old Port and then to finish the day with a delicious ice cream. The spot this store has is amazing! It is located on the Jacques-Cartier place, just on the corner near by Le Royal Street. There are not only a really good quantity of flavours but also sundaes and shakes. My favorite flavor is Cherry Garcia, but you should try the Milk & Cookies or the Strawberry. If you want a milk shake, you can create your own with great tops to add! When we visited the place, many people lined up, but we didn’t wait for a long time because the staff was very fast with all orders coming in. I already heard comments about prices compared to the quality of the ice cream. Well, I think prices are a little bit high –read in some cases expensive-, but it is really a good product. Even if the employees were fast managing the quantity of people, I’m giving four starts because inside, the place could be cleaner. There is an outside terrace with good space and we enjoyed our products there, listening to a good selection of music.

Good ice cream although the service is pretty bad. Came on Monday around 1 PM when it should've been open — but they were closed & left me outside under rain

Nice place, good ice cream, fun staff I like the Egyptian music. Still it is s bit pricy otherwiseit deserves 5 star.
