Lethbridge Airport

Haven’t used this airport in a very long time. Love the upgrades. Will be flying out of here in the future

Comfy seating, seriously fantastic (and amazingly priced; $2 for a latte) coffee.Easily the best small airport I've ever flown from.

A nice small, but modern airport. The staff were all very polite and there's good coffee available for $2.

We haven't flown in years and not just because of COVID, we just never have a place to fly, cuz we have a small dog so we usually drive. The staff working here tonight have made our first flight in years and years an enjoyable event! They were kind and patient and explained whatever we needed to do! Got all the help we needed! Thanks staff at Lethbridge Airport for their help, that would be Carlos, Jennifer and Victoria!! Thank You for making our first flight in years an enjoyable experience and helping us to know what we'd have to do when we continue on. WE THANK YOU WITH ALL OUR HEARTS!!!

10/10 would fly here again! Got to see one of the RCAF’s Hercules while we were at it!

Very clean, well lighted. Enclosed area outside for smokers would be nice so non-smokers like myself can breathe clean air while waiting for a cab.

There's nothing much to say, not quite a busy airport, it's small and very quiet at this airport. Except it's a long-distance trip, like flying all the way outside province, I will suggest you drive ahead to your destination or book a connecting flight from Calgary.

We showed up an hour before our flight with West Jet at the Lethbridge airport for a flight to Calgary. We waited for someone to check our baggage for 15-20 minutes before deciding to sit down thinking they delayed baggage check in like the flight. But when we finally saw people at the desk and went to check our baggage the lady at the desk said we wouldn't be able to bring our luggage because we missed check in even though we were standing at the desk waiting for them and no one showed up.The lady at the desk then lied and said there was always someone at the desk even though we waited for someone to show up and were ignored. I now have to drive for two hours to Calgary and hope I make my connecting flight just so I can have clothes for my trip, all because she was not available to check our baggage at the time she was supposed to be. Absolutely appalled at the laziness and complete lack of customer service and accountability. I have also tried to contact West Jet to move our flight or find a way to ensure we can make our flight in Calgary and I keep getting hing up on before I can even speak to someone.

Great airport. Love the old school vibe this place has. The waiting area is an old school lounge that has really big comfortable chairs. It is a small regional airport, but it has a ton of character. I love walking the tarmac to the terminal. My experience here was very easy and it just flowed. You just walk right on through in a straight line. Lots of signs and you can’t get lost. The outside of the building is very cool. I love the look of the sheet metal around the outside of the building. I like the fact that they made the fasteners clean in a syntactical order. The look is very uniform.
