It was great costumer service. Attentive and helpful.

I walked in the store at opening (10am) on Saturday. The man working was so RUDE. TERRIBLE customer service. I was going to buy a $300 pair of glasses, but ONLY because of how RUDE the service was, I walked out. I then walked into Claire's next door and found an awesome pair of shades for under $20.00. I love my new glasses. Sometimes RUDE people can save you a small fortune.

Good selection and a great experience. Amanda was also awesome. Definitely will recommend to friends.

I've been here twice now and both times the staff were very helpful! Easy going, very friendly and above and beyond service for my mom and I.

I lost my sunglasses that I wear on the motorcycle. I went to another store in the mall that had the good sunglasses inside a locked glass cabinet with the prices not disclosed. I left that store after 5 minutes and nobody coming by to assist.I walked into Sunglass Hut and was immediately greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesperson. Amanda recommended a Flax 3.0 with lens optimized for driving and gracefully explained why I should go with these over a less expensive pair.I went with her suggestion because they have a very liberal refund/exchange policy. Would definitely recommend Amanda and the store, but have not tested the glasses on the bike yet.

Recently had a problem with a return that had me leaving, shall we say, less than enthused. The manager, Tim, contacted me a day or two later and was easily with one the most courteous, generous, helpful and understanding people I have ever dealt with. Going way above what was necessary to help me. I don't recall the name of the employee with whom I originally dealt, but he was a great guy as well and was only doing his job. Can't be faulted. I sure hope that the company appreciates how talented and dedicated these employees are and treats them accordingly.Thank you again.

Unfortunately I do not know the name of the employee, but my partner had to do a return here as the location at the Niagara outlet refused to do. The gentleman who helped us went WAY above and beyond for us and was confused as to what the outlets issue was. Not only that, but he actually discovered that the location the glasses were originally purchased had over charged them! So he got the correct pair exchanged, and refunded the money that never should have been charged. This is the PERFECT example of customer service over corporate greed. Give this man a raise, a promotion or some recognition. When I can, I will return to get his name and inform him that this is the only one of their locations I will shop at! Kudos to you sir!
