I can't fault the store as it is always tidy. I like the changes they have made on the west wall...my concern is the staff. We got what we needed from notions and took a bolt of material to a cutting table and stood there.. waiting. .while we watched no less than 4 store employees standing around another cutting table. They saw us, they looked at us, they looked away...and we finally had to go over and ask for a cutter. The young girl that came was less than friendly, cut our material, did not interact with us at all. I was very dissatisfied with our time there.

Attempted to shop in this location 3 times. Each visit I completely ignored by the staff working. When I approached staff with questions they were very rude and wanted nothing to do with me. I am member but didn't have my card on me - they stated there is no way to look up my membership so I need to pay full prices or leave. What type of systems are they running that they can't look up a member with all the technology available these days. I walked out and refuse to step in this store again. I would rather support the locally owned shops before spending my money here.

I found what I wanted, so yayyy, but it felt like the cashier profiled me. For some reason, they thought I couldn't afford the merchandise I picked out and stated it twice that the price was a certain amount. I couldn't even bring myself to use this item because it reminded me of what this said person did, so I'm returning it, and never going back.

I went into the store to pick up a few items for my elderly mother. I found them not helpful at all until I asked for help. When asked for help the sales attendant seemed annoyed and rude. I walked out with nothing. I definitely will not going to Fabricland in Regina.
