Excellent service!! We went to Sam at Rada after a Google search in our neighborhood when we were looking for a stair runner. He was so accommodating with choices, colours and timelines. Even after our original choice was out of stock he had other ideas. Installation was great and speedy. So pleased and would recommend!

I came to this store looking for a 25 foot hallway runner. I went to three other stores in Ottawa and this shop had by far the best selection of anywhere I went. The service was also excellent, the people were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

Top notch service from Rada flooring which is a local business (a plus for me). They have very beautiful products. I randomly found them when I was at Hazeldean mall then learned that they also have a 2nd location inside Merivale Mall. Sam and his wife Morena are a truly good example of how business owners should be in my opinion. They are both very professional, well dressed, very educated and respectful couple.
