Hello my husband Larry and I had the misfortune of losing our heat during the snow/ice storm this past year 2022. We also happen to live out in Heidelberg and with the weather it was a miracle that we got any help at all! Fortunately we were sent Tyler and he is not only professional but also very informed and very pleasant to deal with. Although he had multiple calls and was extremely busy he never made us feel rushed and came back several times to make sure the heat was working and supplied us with backup heating when necessary. Ben was excellent. He checked out the issue with our old furnace, identified the problem and offered a couple of solutions. Our furnace being as old as it was, really didn't make sense to repair, so we opted to get more information on a replacement. Ben explained the options, suggested the best one to suit our particular needs and helped explain how to best use the new unit (we were having issues with circulation not getting to every room evenly). The installers were great! They were friendly, polite and courteous. They even took 5 minutes of their day to listen to my daughter explain how much she loves kittens... Was a great experience. They'll go on-and-beyond to make sure you are looked after.

Noticed water pooling at bottom of our natural gas water heater. Called Cronin Verheul Heating. They sent a technician within two hours. They immediately ordered a replacement and installed it (on a Saturday)! We appreciate the quick and friendly service.

Excellent service for our furnace and fireplace check and maintenance this year. Not only did Ben do a very thorough job, he spent time reviewing what he did, educated us on things we can do/watch for and assured us he would be available if we had any issues.
