Recently we were looking to get a low maintenance privacy fence installed.We got 5 quotes from chain link fencing companies in the Kelowna marketplace. Based on our confidence with the salesperson and detail and quality of the quote we invited two of the companies back to review the work with us and provide a new quote on additional fencing.Rite-Way Fencing was not the cheapest, but they were in the ballpark.Our decision to go with Rite-Way Fencing was based largely on our confidence in the salesperson Shayla. She was knowable, professional and had a good grasp of the work required based on her experience previously as an installer. The Rite-Way installers were also excellent. Mike and Rick and their crews showed up early each day and just got the job done.Overall great customer service!There was an issue with the fence a few days after the installation was complete however Shayla was prompt in coming on site to understand the issue and Rite-Way and their installers quickly rectified the situation.There is a lot of completion in the Kelowna marketplace for chain link fencing. My advice is get several quotes, do your homework and take a close look at Rite-Way Fencing.Dr. Gordon Nixon
