You act like we broke that window knowing that you didn't fix it well. We find it this way. Can you imagine if it happen when someone was inside. We make us pay for October and you saying I left the house badly. You know it's not the end of the month yet. I am glad you tried to help but even the city didn't want me to continue living there after they saw my bills since last winter. Hopefully you going to fix that house properly before renting it again. You sent someone to fix the problem with doors were blocking due to the over painting, that person told me I shouldn't move there before you finish all the work. How could I knew? I don't know how you let people rent this house.1178 Oak it's not a good place to leave until you fully do a renovation.

Worst place to deal with..The worst you can even imagineNever lease with them, even if you find low rent or best location for you.Mental torture, no response, poor team, poor communication, and top of that you will get blamed for such situations.Had issues calling for maintenance for HVAC, went through 2 days of freezing house without heats until you go personal to them and they never apologize for that.And many more…

Marie is the best property manager that I’ve come across. She has great interpersonal skills to deal with many different tenants. We had a stressful situation dealing with a water leak, and Marie promptly got us quotes to fix the problem and sent picture updates. She has a lot of knowledge about the work required in these situations and has a great team behind her. Marie was absolutely wonderful in keeping our anxiety down, being so far away. I would highly recommend her services.
