I don't purchase high end jewellery often. After visiting a number of jewellers, I immediately felt I was in great hands with Keith. What he proposed for my budget exceeded what other jewellers offered and Keith took the time to explain the differences in gems and settings to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my choice. I absolutely love my new ring. Williams Distinctive Gems took excellent care of me and I highly recommend them.

Honestly was really let down with Keith today. At first I thought he was quirky but today he crossed the line and was downright rude. Randomly quoting prices and won’t let us get a word in. Very disappointed with the name calling and utter rudeness. If you are someone who is inexperienced with buying jewelry please stay away from this person.

I visited Keith at Williams Distinctive Gems and he designed a custom blue sapphire engagement ring that my now wife loves dearly. They made me feel super comfortable through the entire process, and I knew I was in good hands. Keith, Justin and the staff at Williams are highly professional, reliable, and I would recommend their services to anyone.Keith also made our wedding bands and we couldn't be happier with those. More recently, Justin and the staff at Williams helped me to surprise my wife with a second wedding band on our anniversary, and it was perfect!

Keith is awesome and made sure both my wifes rings were superb ... he sells you the stone and setting individually instead of a cookie cutter ring like the big box stores... definitely the better way to purchase jewellery, plus you'll get an education as well. Couldn't have asked for a better Jeweller. Previously went into a few of the big box stores and was blown away at how poor their product quality was. The factory nature of it made me want to avoid the process altogether.Then I found Williams Distinctive Gems by being referred there. If you are looking for custom jewelry with incredible customer service, Williams Distinctive Gems is the place to go. We met with Justin and he is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to take a picture of what we were looking for and bring it to life. The turn around time was reasonable and you can tell they care. I highly recommend this place.

First dealing with this company was an ins issue. Met Justin and all the staff and my wife and myself can honestly say they were amazing. They made you feel welcome we laughed while we talked business they were very knowledgeable helpful and honest and most definitely did everything in their power to make this issue as painless as possible. I think Keith is a highly trustworthy and wise person when it comes to jewellery. Don't question him though, he will let you know. I rarely leave any reviews of anything. I found this store worthy. He sells or creates very unique things. It's worth having a visit. Honest people
