I have been lied to about product I ordered and paid for months ago. I was told my order was on a plane, it wasn't. I have been led along and simply ripped off by this company. They have cost me thousands of dollars. If you want your business to run smoothly, Don't deal with these jokers.

I'm sorry to hear of that bad experiences of past reviewers but I think it might have lots to do with Covid19 and how it hit China in certain areas.I always had a great experience with staff and management at ND supplies, they were quick to answer questions and always helpful.
