Had a spicy tuna poke bowl and shoyu ramen with miso pork, phenomenal! Very friendly service, helpful when choosing all the options, highly recommend!

If you are looking for healthy and delicious food this is a place where you can find it!A lot of options are displayed on the menu; you can build your bowl or salad by choosing between different kinds of fresh vegetables and raw proteins.I recommend the spicy tuna bowl, it was outstanding! Served with raw shrimps as well.Sushi is also available, I couldn't try it that time but definitely, I'll be back to taste it.Some kinds of soft drinks were available and the customer service was very nice.Another interesting point was the open kitchen; you can see how the cook is preparing your food.A spacious place to dine in and, a parking place is also available.Price is not the cheapest, but is according to food quality.

My new favourite place in town for a quick bite! Everything is so fresh! Also the veggies are ripe!! The peanut sauce is soooo good. I love how every bite is always a little different.

Best Poke Bowl I’ve had in BC besides the coast. Fish was fresh and delicious, plenty of toppings and incredibly affordable ($16) compared to $20-$25 as you approach the island. Great healthy option, highly recommend.

What a delightful suprise to find Delightfull when we are passing through Cranbrook! It is such a hidden gem (no sign) very healthy and dilicious food!You get to choose the protein, 2 kinds of green and 8 regular add-ons (veggies etc). Make sure to get a fried egg on top.The broth of the ramen is different but very good.Highly recommended!

The best salad in Cranbrook, they have many choices of dressings and protein with different styles.The atmosphere is relaxed, they have beautiful dined.So far my favourite salad place!The service is super friendly!!You can see the kitchen because they have a glass on Ir.My favourite!

This place is a hidden gem on the main drag in Cranbrook, serving fresh healthy bowls, wraps and sushi. You can order 'a la carte' from self serve terminals and then your food is made to order. Generous portions and always fresh ..

Pleasant, wide open space and quiet atmosphere! Very fresh and delectable food! We had the crispy chicken noodle bowl. You get to choose your greens, protein, and toppings. Very courteous and professional staff as well. The only small downside is that it is on the higher end for pricing but because of how delicious the food is it totally balances out!
