Good service , and fast .

had appointment at 9.45 and it’s 10.45 and still seating here and waiting.when asked the receptionist, she answered very rude!!! not happy at all .

Never felt heard or listened too. Not taken seriously. Felt like they thought i was just looking for workers compensation. Felt railroaded and spoken over. Waste of my time.

It’s very frustrating to come to an appointment and have to still wait over an hour to be seen, what is the purpose of having an appointment?If a paciente cancels an appointment the same day we are penalized with a fee, if a patient is late they will lose the appointment but if a doctor makes the patient wait for over an hour is ok. It seems that the doctors at this fracture clinic have no consideration for a person’s time and don’t bother to think that we work and have personal lives to attend and depend on appointments. Should of chosen a better hospital.

avoid at all costs. get moved to a different clinic if you can. 2+ hours of waiting for 2min and twenty words with a doctor. I had inquired about physio, to which Dr. H said “walking is the best physio” . it wasn’t until my 4th visit when I happened to get the female doctor and asked again about physio to which she happily prescribed. My physiotherapist was shocked that I wasn’t initially prescribed physio. Without it my mobility and strength would have never gotten to what it is now by just walking.
