Studying at SSLC was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences of my life. The classes and materials are super complete, and the teachers explain very well and always try to answer your questions. The school environment is super welcoming and comfortable, and the professionals are very attentive. I highly recommend it if you have the opportunity to study there, and I hope to return one day.

I always wanted to learn English and have an international experience in my youth, but I couldn't. What seemed like just a dream of the past came true at the age of 50, when I completed my EPE (English Post Secondary) at SSLC Sprot Shaw in Vancouver. From the first appointment with Jorge to the conclusion of the course, it was an amazing experience of intense learning and integration with people of other nationalities. In addition to the quality of the course content, what impressed me the most was the dedication and excellence of Professor Sarah, who teaches her students masterfully in all the skills we need to develop in the English language. She really takes us to the next level and I'm so grateful for everything I've learned. I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their English and reach new horizons.

I stayed for two months and it was the best experience in my life. I met wonderful friends from other countries and could learn a lot about different cultures. I studied at SSLC Vancouver for nine months. I came here literally with no English and now I am returning to my home country, Saudi Arabia, as a confident English speaker. My main purpose was to improve my English to continue my post-graduate studies in my country and to be able to write thesis in English. During my time at SSLC Vancouver, my student advisor Mr. Ilyas Kayran helped me with all my questions and he was always there when I needed support. I had a very good experience in the school. I arrived really insecure about my english, who strongly encoureged me to take the course. I had brilliant teachers, who taught me much more than english and motivated me to have deeper experinces in Vancouver. As a student in SSLC for a month I could see how interesting learning english can be, I had so much fun and I want to comeback as soon as possible. The school, despite having a simple structure compared to the others, has a very good teaching methodology, attention to students and qualified teachers.I had the opportunity to take the Career English course and the experience was quite interesting because Professor Jelles brings an overview of very up-to-date management topics, allowing students to gain technical content, vocabulary and have conversation practices focused on simulated market environments .It was a pleasure to have class with Jelles. A highly qualified professor who demonstrates that he really likes what he does, which I consider to be very valuable.My only point of consideration is that, I believe that for this specific course, the conversation level of the students should be carefully evaluated for acceptance because it directly impacts the conversations and debates during the class.
