Joanne is absolutely amazing! She framed a new purchase for me but also managed to restore an older damaged one that everyone suggested I throw out. I can't go there and just pick up her work, I LOVE our chitchats, I always leave with a smile!

Hands down the best place in Sudbury. The owner is a really good woman that knows lots about art and framing. I would recommend this place before other places. Stop by and have a look you won't be disappointed the owner Joanne is a kind woman with a big passion for art and humanity.

We dropped our artwork off mid April to be reframed. We were told it would take approximately a week and a half to complete the work. After many follow ups and every excuse in the book, our project still wasn't complete at the end of June.Frustrated, we said we were picking up our artwork the following day, project complete or not. We had plans to have the work done elsewhere.  But then, suddenly, the missing supplies were delivered to the shop within 20 minutes of our phone call ( I know?! Crazy!!). When we arrived to pick up our order, Someone else's artwork had been put into the frame we ordered.  The mistake was fixed, luckily she hadn't thrown away our artwork. (I don't know, her words). She then admitted to not even knowing who the other artwork  belonged to.It's really too bad she chooses to run her business in this fashion, because the end result is rarely dissapointing.  We've had a few pieces of  art framed here. Unfortunately, timelines get longer everytime and  after this last experience, we obviously won't be returning.

5 star plus. If it is possible. So professional and always there to help with frame choices and Mat’s.If you want a professional experience but also made to feel like family go there. You won’t be disappointed.
