My first Thai Massage, 90min. I have been struggling with tight hips, quads, adductors, and soas . Peter was very knowledgeable and was able to modify when I needed. By the end of the session I had less pain and improved range of motion. I am looking forward to another session.

I see Tanya for Prolotherapy and trigger point injections in my hips and lower back and she is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what she’s going to do and why..I recently had a chemical peel on my face and had the same great experience as she walked through the how’s and why’s of each step :)
