My husband received physiotherapy here. I have never been more impressed with health care professionals. As a health care professional myself, I am absolutely astounded by the amazing client centered care my husband received. They took the time to answer all his questions and a few of mine. They preformed their own assessments, worked hard to solve the problem, and even provided ways to prevent further problems. After almost two years of pain, my husband is almost pain free which is something he was told was not likely possible. I would absolutely recommend and will recommend the amazing staff at this location to anyone who needs any form of treatment. Thank you for all your amazing work and dedication to your clients. Our lives have been truly changed.

Staff were amazing. The physiotherapist took the time to ensure that everything was ok with me and did not push me out the door when my time was up. I felt well cared for and the physiotherapist was extremely knowledgeable. Parking is paid for upon exit but they provide a coin to get out. I can not say enough about CBI.

The staff is great at CBI Wharncliffe location. Very friendly and caring. I appreciate their balanced approach to treating injuries. Addressing the muscle causing the pain using many different modalities, only doing an adjustment" if it's actually needed

I've used CBI for two separate rotator cuff injuries now, on two different sides. Andrew is truly gifted. He offers an all points approach, utilizing massage, acupuncture and physiotherapy, all in one place.Christine Walker is a top notch Western University trainer who will make you smile on every visit and whose professional approach gave me confidence in a positive outcome...all I had to do was the work.I'm back working and playing.Thanks Andrew Stewart and Christine!Tony

I have been a client at CBI for some time now and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. The moment you step into their office you are greeted By Diana and Nicole. They are always ON time, they take the time to LISTEN, and never rush you out the door. Sabina has been working with me and her knowledge is incredible! She is an expert in all her techniques. Thanks Sabina! I recommend CBI to anyone who is looking for a positive physio experience.

Five stars is insufficient to accurately express how wonderful the staff at this location is! They are friendly and proactive and productive! Sabina worked with me to explain not only the injury but the recovery process and the details of what was happening inside my joints and muscles. She was hands on during the diagnosis and asked questions through out the process to further develop a personal treatment plan. After being told by doctors and other therapists for two years that I would have chronic pain for my whole life, 4 weeks with Sabina and the staff at CBI has me pain free most days!If you are unfortunate enough to be injured I would 200% recommend this location! You would be doing yourself a disservice to do otherwise.Worth it at twice the price. 6/5 stars!Jay Alexander Phoenix

Andrew and Sylvia are fantastic. I had never gone to physio or any similar type of treatment prior to coming to their office so I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect ...and I also wasn't sure I would see real results. Everyone in the office is incredibly welcoming and they are amazing in what they do. I no longer use their service as they helped me through my pain following a car collision but if I do have issues in the future, I'll definitely be going back to them! Highly recommended.

I've been going to CBI for almost 10 weeks now and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I love it! I'm not lying when I say that I truly look forward to going to my physio appointments. The administration ladies, Diana and Nicole are always so positive and welcoming making for a great atmosphere! Throughout my treatment, everyone has been so encouraging and helpful. Sabina and Sylvia have been so patient with me and my drive to get back to running. They work as a very close team and it is so awesome to see how all staff interact with one another and with other patients. By far, it is the people at CBI Health Centre that make it such a great place. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking physiotherapy.
