i got a slip to pick up my Purolator order, it said the next day. Ok cool. A few hours later I get a text that my item is ready for pickup. “Sweet, its ready early, what great service” I thought.I get to the pickup location and give the lady my bill and explain that I got a text saying that it was ready. It was like I s&@t in her cornflakes. ATTITUDE!! Zero customer service, blames the customer for a simple fault on their end, is snarky.Go to wL Forestry NAPA for your industrial needs and avoid shipping Purolator if you can. I will be avoiding this company at all costs. Customer service and politeness go a long way. Figure it out if you want to last as a small business in a small town.
