Angelo (owner) had amazing customer service! He was very helpful and thoughtful. He was able to repair my car and take care of everything without issue. We were referred to Angelo by our friend. There is a reason why he has 5 stars. He is honest, trustworthy and genuinely wants to help you. He will tell you exactly what is wrong and give you an honest price. If you do not need to repair something he won’t push you. He is very with his customers, never seems annoyed by multiple questions ( I know because I’ve asked him too many questions). He truly works with his clients and their budget. Great guy Angelo is to deal with from the get go, gave me a very reasonable and realistic quote, everything was spot on , even gave me a complimentary touch up on the paint where I didn't want to spend any money . Will definitely recommend him and his crew for any kinds of body works

I'm disappointed in this garage. I was told my work would be scheduled. I set everything up to do it. However, they never got back to me. He said he would do it either next two weeks (mid december) or new year. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were very rude to me. They said they would do it in the new year and he already told me. it's now a month later and they never contacted me. I wish they were honest from the start that they didn't want to do the job. I had to go to another garage. They wasted my time and I was spoken rude to. What a disappointment.

Brought in my vehicle for a damaged rear bumper repair on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Angelo was great to deal with from the get go. Very pleasant and professional. Angelo had the replacement bumper ordered and painted promptly. I picked up my car this afternoon after dropping it off in the morning and it looks brand new. Paint is right on! Angelo took an extra step and removed some sap from my car and also touched up some areas that needed a paint touch up. He even left me the touch up bottle should I require it in the future and he didn't even charge anything extra. I would highly recommend!

I had initially used Patricio Auto for a lease vehicle which needed to be repaired and painted to a certain standard in order for me not to pay additional costs upon returning the vehicle. These guys quoted me very fairly for the work and the quality of workmanship is excellent.I recently handed them my Mercedes C400 for some minor repairs and they did an excellent job. These guys are honest with the customers, fair on pricing and they have delivered on time every time. Will be using these guys again for sure and referring them to friends and family.Angelo (owner) is a top notch individual.

Excellent experience and it was a pleasure to deal with Angelo. Had a parking lot accident that required complete new bumper. Went around 5 different places with some being large autobody chains, 4 of them only gave a ball park figure of estimate. With Patricio Auto, Angelo gave a detailed parts and cost breakdown with accurate graphical representation on my car of the parts needed. Just for a quick estimate! And the prices were in-line or better than the other 4 places. Needless to say went with Patricio and completely satisfied with service and no surprises at all! Love it.

I just had my rear bumper replaced at Patricio and they were fantastic. Angelo was very friendly and fair with is pricing. He detailed options available and was able to repair my vehicle while I wait in just 45 minutes once the parts were in and painted. i would highly recommend Angelo and his team at Patricio Auto Collision.
