Drove in from coaldale twice to get my glasses got closed early the first day next day I was told to come back again. Sales lady was great but this is the first and last time I will shop here.

Would not recommend. Have came here for a test twice and glasses twice and everytime the experience is negative and the employees are unkind. They advertise a extra points sale but can't get you in within 2 weeks for an appointment so the sale is null. When you need your glasses fixed they huff and puff and make it clear you are an inconvenience. They also try to get out of honoring warranty and are not honest or up front about the clip on sunglasses , like other optical places have been.I would not recommend this place for tests or for glasses.

We had a very pleasant experience with our optometrist. She gave us pros and cons of each frame we tried on, she gave us past reviews from customers about good frames. Bad frames. What type of lense would be best in what frame. She was very friendly the whole time we were there. We got our points immediately after paying ($120 in pc points!!) and went shopping with said points right after putting our order in for the glasses. I am going to be bring my senior father here because we had such a good experience.

Would not recommend! Only do half appoint and get told to rebook. Worst optometrist I've ever encountered! Will never deal with kendra again!
