Wow! I'm so incredibly impressed by this location. I showed up just as they were about to close with a flat tire. Rick and his crew stayed and made sure that my car was safe to drive home. I'm thankful to finally find a mechanic that I can trust! Good job guys!

Always what you expect and the explanation pictures to show what is wrong (the state of a part, tread depth on tires etc) helps explain the why. Good communicators and efficient service. It's not always inexpensive but it is done correctly and you don't feel like you are ever being mislead. Service both of my vehicles here. Kyle's great.

My brother in law needed his 2006 toyota camry repaired and I offered to take it to this master mechanic because I had gone here before. He lives out in cobourg. He had 2 massive exhaust leaks and a loose rattling heat shield. Rick and his team offered a great price and fixed it in a couple of hours. They even offered me a free shuttle to and from my house in whitby!! Wonderful people, great price and amazing service!!

They are through and efficient. I dropped of my car at noon. They emailed us the assessment within a couple of hours with all the details categorized as high, medium, low. We were able to make the payment online and pickup the car 4 hours later.

While visiting in Whitby yesterday, I ended up with car problems. Called Master Mechanic (recommended by cousin), explained the situation and asked if they could check it out to make sure it was safe to drive back to Ottawa. What I thought would be the exhaust turned out to be front right wheel bearing. They were booked solid. Rick Bolwell, as a courtesy, called around 4 or 5 other garages that might be able to fix the car. Finally one said yes but when I got there they said they made a mistake and could only take me the next morning. Called back Master Mechanic Whitby. Without hesitation, they said to come back and they would do the job. A bay was emptied and in no time 2 mechanics had the car ready for a safe return to Ottawa. I highly recommend the team at Master Mechanic Whitby. My sedan was having engine troubles, so I called ahead before dropping the car off in the morning. I was expecting the car to be in the shop for at least a couple of days but approximately three hours later they were able to diagnose the problem as the high pressure fuel pump. The team had already sourced options for the part and quoted the job to me. I gave them the go-ahead and another three hours later my car was fully repaired and ready for pickup. Honest and fair mechanics are hard to find these days, but the team at Master Mechanic Whitby has definitely earned my business and trust for any repairs/service in the future!

Our vehicle was running ruff. We have a European car and most places won't touch it. We dropped it off Sunday, called that Monday, Master Mechanic took it in. It was diagnosed and done by Tuesday late morning. Reasonably priced for the job needed. The staff are professional and courteous. I would high ly recommend them for any car repairs.Thank you folks.
