This theatre is really close to where I live which is great but for some reason they don’t bring in a lot of popular movies. The Cineplex Scotiabank has much better selection of movies. Aside from the poor movie selection, the theatre itself is nice.

Manager was extremely sweet and understanding when I had an emergency that caused me and my partner to have to leave 10 mins before movie starting. I genuinely appreciated the customer service and look forward to going back. ❤️

It’s inside a large mall, and when I went to access the venue, the door I was dropped off at was locked for the night. The only door that was open was the South door, so I had to walk all the way around the building. The arre wasn’t the nicest either and was a bit sketchy with some interesting people surrounding the local businesses. The Cineplex itself was nice, easy to get in. Popcorn was fresh. The theatre wasn’t fully cleaned though, and there were popcorn and old 3D glasses bags on the floor. Overall not bad though!

My partner and I saw the Super Mario Movie here on a Saturday night. We found street parking was the most cost effective option and ended up needing to walk around to find the one mall entrance which was still open. The ticketing process was easy as we had purchased online beforehand, the concession staff were quick and attentive and finding our theatre was easy. The popcorn was delicious and the overall experience was awesome!

Really great theater, can be scary at night when your movie is over as the mall is empty and never see any security. Enjoy the different types of movie that are usually not in other theaters.

I really like this cineplex as they play indie movies that aren’t played in regular locations I just wish it was in a safer area. Because china town isn’t very safe so this isn’t accessible so I sadly can’t go here often.

I saw a great film and the cinema itself was comfortable and not too crowded, although the center itself is located in a not so nice area and the shopping center itself is not very nice

I attended a movie with my partner a few days ago. It was an overall enjoyable experience. The movie was great, the popcorn was delicious, and the theatre staff was friendly. The only downside I noticed was that there wasn't a gender-neutral washroom available. I asked an employee for help, and although they were understanding and sympathetic to my situation, I unfortunately had to use the gendered bathroom, which was not ideal. Still, I really appreciated the employee's kindness and understanding. To the manager of this place, consider making ONE of your four bathrooms gender-neutral for people like me. Other than that, it was a solid experience, and I would recommend it to others!

Old seats and uncomfortable! Be careful on Screen 9 row G has a tall wall in front of you. Kids can’t see the movie from there. I had to change the tickets for row E

Small screens, no ticket staff so have to buy tix online with added 'online booking fee' denounced by Canada Consumer Affairs, coffee bar out of milk & cream (?!), not going back.
