Dynamex - Saskatoon

They consistently never deliver our products on time. Amazon needs to drop this company like a rock.Update: They openly admitted that they didn't even try to deliver my package when they said they were going to. They just tell amazon they Tried to deliver but the business was closed" How is this company employed by Amazon? They deserve to be fired."

Unfortunately Amazon keeps routing my orders through dynamex. They have repeatedly failed to deliver my packages and claim that I wasn't home for delivery or that the business I had it delivered to was closed. Never has this been the case and never before has a carrier had these issue with my packages. I have repeatedly requested that Amazon not use them for my packages but every so often they slip through. Every time I get dynamex I have issues with my order and am forced to cancel it and try again.

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with by a long shot! They routinely safe drop packages at my door of my apartment building and I have been lucky nothing has been stolen yet as my cleaner or one of the neighbours have picked it up for me. I have actually requested Amazon to never send anything to me via them. Amazon was only able to put them as lowest priority delivery company. I told Amazon that I would rather wait weeks to receive an item from ANYONE ELSE than have Dynamex deliver next day.

2020 UPDATE: I ordered another package from Amazon, but I saw that Dynamex was shipping. I forgot I wrote a review years ago already, but I saw the old review and got worried. However, it was shipped this time without any issues. They didn't ring the doorbell, but that is very understandable during the pandemic. They definitely have improved since last time, or maybe it was just a bad first impression. Changing review from 1 to 4 stars.Original Review from 2018 or 2019 (not sure):The guy came by in an unmarked van, and he didn't bother knocking on the door. Instead he decided to walk over to some random guy in a car, handing him my package. I went over to them and intervened... I'm lucky I was there, otherwise that guy probably would have driven off with my hard earned money. Amazon needs to take a look at these reviews and see that they cannot be trusted. They are clearly immature and unqualified for this type of operation.

If I could give a lower score than 1 star, I would.Called and asked to be able to change my delivery address due to the original address no longer work. Person on the phone said yes, they can change it, however to find out next day, they still delivered it to the same address. Call again to find out why, just to be said in the face that their policy is not allow for changing the delivery address. I understand that your company has a policy that thing like this will not allow, but please train your staffs to know your company own rules as it will help and save people all the hassles. This is simply unprofessional and poor quality.

They are the worst delivery company I have dealt with in my life. And when you call to discuss issues, you get talk down to by the customer care" staff and no one in that organization cares enough to return a call.they are unprofessional in every single way.UpdateI am pleased to say that Amazon no longer uses this company because of the Avalanche of complaints so I am no longer subjected to them."

Waited home all day for them as reviews are horrible. At 930 pm amazon notificarion on my phone said attempted delivery. Unsafe to leave package. Lie. I was sitting 2 feet from my front door. Plus I have ring doorbell that showed no activity. No one even tried to come here. I complained to amazon. Another package was sent through dynamex. Again without ringing doorbell or knocking left package on my doorstep. Package sat overnight on my doorstep. Lazy and dishonest. In this day and age with cameras they choose to be lazy and irresponsible.

Will get notifications from them stating they have attempted delivery of packages although the drivers will not get out of their vehicles. Talking to call center out of country will find rude and often times confrontational staff that will not help out. Best way to get service is from talking to Amazon employees directly.. Highly recommend finding another company to use if you want decent service! Should not be a courier service for Amazon and they should consider dropping these guys!

I wasn't home the first delivery attempt, so they weren't able to get into my apartment. The delivery guy phoned me to arrange a better delivery time which was nice. When they did deliver the package, someone must have let them in because the package was right in front of my door. I just wish they would have knocked or phoned me to let me know the package was dropped off, then I would give them a full 5 stars

Was four days late. Which was fine, because it was during one of the worst snowstorms in Saskatoon's last decade, but...The package had already been opened and the items inside removed/lost. Refunded from Amazon, now flipping a coin whenever I see my package is arriving via Dynamex.They also have issues tracking packages, because my newest item isn't being tracked. That's good for them when they decide to lose the contents, I guess.
