In a sea of overpriced tech start-up rental apps, or faceless corporate options, Ventures is distinctly and wonderfully human.Had the pleasure of renting with them twice for work, both times were totally stress free. The booking process online was simple, confirmation calls were prompt, the vehicles were clean and shiny, and every person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and answered my questions before I even had to ask them. Plus, the prices were really competitive and availability was great. Why support a giant American company hauling money off-shore when you can rent local?Highly recommend Ventures for any rental needs, I know I'll be using them again in the future.

These guys have the best car rental place I’ve ever been to. Richard and his associate are extremely kind and helpful. They always provide me with great service. They knew I was travelling with two young kids and upgraded my rental to a larger size free of charge. I will continue to go to them whenever I need a car rental in Toronto.

This is a great business. They are quick to respond, and creative about problem solving. I had to switch rental cars over the long weekend. They were very busy, but Richard committed to try to see what he could do. I left it with him and he solved the problem. It is the only place I will go now to get a rental car.

First class and very personal service. It is very good to know that there is a direct phone number 24/7 in case of any arising car related issues. The car was a new model and it also comes with the USB/Android capabilities. I have rented cars in many different countries and Ventures car rental has been one of the best.

I live near their Dupont location & with the current cost of vehicles, it doesn't make sense for me to own my own car.
