Wow. Looks so classy and everything is super delicious. The cheese cake is baked fresh on the spot. The staff and owners are very friendly. It smells heavenly inside. I'd pay just to enter. They take cash and debit/credit. There's an accessible entrance and washroom.

Great new discovery for Japanese style dessert. There's a big selection of cheesecake and tarts. The ones we sampled were delicious but not overly sweet. They also have a huge variety of specialty coffees and ice tea. I tried the Caramel Yuzu ice tea. Very refreshing! I definitely recommend a visit!

Disappointed at the pistachio one... No taste and too oily.. not sure if it was the batch issue because the top actually came apart from the tart and the tart shell was dry and broken into crumbs..The rest are good... Wish the tart shell itself is a little thinner so would have more cheese filling.

I bought this other day and i was greatly disappointed. The shell was like cardboard. I couldnt cut it through so i had to rip it apart. Im pretty sure they served me a day or two old tart. If u planning to go there make sure to ask them if its fresh or else you will need a shear to cut that shell.

Went for Grand Opening, they took over 45 minutes to serve the first 10 people, so if you see a line up, be prepared you will have to wait. Got the Dreamy Mango drink which was typical, didn't like that there were bits of ice chunks in there. The cheese tarts are okay, not quite sure what the crust is made of except it's very wheaty. Also don't expect too much from the mochi in the strawberry daifuku tart, the daifuku" is for sure store bought. Overall it was a meh experience"

Lovely and very inviting. Colourful looking desserts. The apple cinnamon, and the mango tarts are the first we have tried - delicious!

I happened to notice this place when I was grabbing lunch, so I went in for dessert. I grabbed some of their cheese tarts and what they call a cheese tart smoothie, and they were fantastic! The mini was so flaky and tasty, while the drink was creamy and refreshing!

I am so glad Pablo Cheese Tart have opened in Newmarket. I had no clue, just happen to walk pass during my lunch. I love their tarts, not too sweet. Any soft opening/ grand opening any time soon?
