They were very helpful in helping me pick out recommended products for food as I am new to shrimp keeping. Went to pick up and the building was a little confusing, but no issues with the order at all. Will definitely be returning.

Firstly I want to say that those who rated SKA a 1/5 stars simply because that they had received some unwanted pest snails is just unfair. Unless you are purchasing tissue culture aquarium plants you should be expecting a modest amount of pest snails. That goes for anywhere including other hobbyists, store, online, etc unless otherwise stated.My experiences with SKA have always been positive. Hung is always willing to answer questions about shrimp keeping and recommend the best solution even if it means that a sale is not made.On top of that, SKA's livestock and their plants are always very healthy and were properly cared for before they are sold. The prices from SKA are also extremely reasonable and among the lowest you can find in the country. I would always recommend SKA for everything shrimp (and friends) and plants related.
