Citizens Advice Whitby
CAB only there on Wednesdays from 10.00-1.00..and only helping people with energy issues. Only other option is a national advice line with no face to face appointments.

Just visiting my 86 year old mother in Whitby. She has need of the CAB, but cannot get up the hill to the office easily with her walking frame. Phoned up at 10.20 to be told no appointments
