They need to change their opening and closing times in Google. I was in a rush and went there because they claimed to be open on Saturday at 9am. NOT the case; even at 9:22am, their doors were closed even though the sales people saw me waiting outside the door.

Been here a couple times to research an engagement ring. Ended up checking for myself online on their website. Easier to go through and search for what they have. So I just used this location as a pick up. A much faster experience. After which I had to get the ring resized. Nasir was helpful in the end. This location is in the mall so it's a pleasant stroll to get to the store. Plenty of parking outside. Stay safe out there my friends and please, be kind to one another!

Store Manager, Nasir is very helpful and answered all my questions. I believe and know he always has my interest at heart and finds me the best jewelry to match with what I’m looking for or the idea that I have in mind. His attention to detail is impressive and his customer service skills is outstanding!Overall, this team at Erin Mills represents one of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Answers are clear and detailed enough for me or anyone to make the correct and proper decisions. Honestly, their customer service is the best here. Thank you to Nasir. He really helped me out today. Lastly, to everyone that goes here, you will not regret it, to be honest! If you are deciding to purchase anything from Peoples Erin Mills ask for Nasir.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a while. If you're looking for basic customer service skills like a polite greeting, look elsewhere cause you won't find it here. If you're looking for people who will follow simple instructions and do as you, the client ask, again go elsewhere. These associates will continue to question your choices and try and push you into doing what's easiest for them despite you clearly establishing what you want. And then when you ask for a refund because their customer service is trash and you no longer want to buy from them, they'll tell you you can't get a refund like they're now going to hold your money hostage because they see their commission disappearing. But if you're a man, you're in luck, apparently being assertive and abrupt and not accepting any room for negotiation nor conversation is the only way to get what you want with these gems. I've never felt like what I wanted as a customer mattered less than I did during my multiple interactions with different Peoples sales associates while trying to buy my wedding band, absolutely would not recommend.

This is NOT a review of this specific store, it is related to the terrible customer service I have received from Peoples online.I ordered a mothers/grandmothers ring for my mother on Saturday evening. A few hours later my dad called me to say he had given me the wrong ring size. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but Peoples only lets you cancel 60 MINUTES from the order. So I put in an email request for a rep to call me the next day. No one called me back, so I called myself on Sunday. I told the rep that the ring was the wrong size, and asked if I should cancel and reorder. I waited patiently on hold for 30 minutes. The rep came back and said she was able to contact the internal department and they would be able to make the change. I was very grateful and went on with my day.Fast forward to the following Tuesday, I received an email from Peoples saying they were unable to make the change. I called back and asked what to do, and was told I would need to cancel and reorder. However, at this point, the weekend sale was over. I asked if the sale price would be honoured when I reordered and was told no, because Peoples reps could not give a sale price once the sale was over. I explained that the only reason I did not reorder during the sale was because the other Peoples rep had told me on the phone that the issue had been resolved, yet was still told it was not possible.This made absolutely no sense to me, so I asked for the issue to be escalated. I was told a supervisor would call me back that night. No one called me over the next two days. So I called back myself and explained the whole situation again and was told a supervisor would call me back immediately. About an hour later someone finally called. She said they could not make the change because it was MY mistake on the order. I reiterated that I knew that I had made the error on the original order, but I called to remedy it right away and the ONLY REASON that I had not reordered is because the Peoples rep had told me that would be able to correct the size issue without me having to do that.Though the supervisor recognized what had happened, they were still unable to correct it. I wish I had just done what my gut told me to do in the first place, instead of calling the sales rep. The fact that Peoples is not willing to correct their own error (they have recordings of the calls) is unacceptable to me.They are choosing not to provide a customer with the discount that they would have rightfully received...for what purpose? Needless to say, I will be not be ordering from Peoples again.FYI: When I shared with Michael Hill that my own ring was stolen from the hospital (obviously, not their fault), the manager immediately offered to help me replace it. Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I wish they sold grandmother's rings, as I would have never entered into this terrible mess with Peoples in the first place.
