This is a lovely little restaurant, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The salad was delicious and I loved the dressing, the chicken was juicy and well seasoned and the potatoes were perfect!

The atmosphere here is great, feels like a family run green taverna - exactly how it should feel. The owner/cook (not sure) came out to check on us multiple times and make sure we were having a good experience. The dips are delicious as is the bread. The vegetarian Moussaka was good but could have a had a little bit more flavour, that’s where the 5th star is lacking. I would definitely return to try other dishes!

Amazing place! Wonderful service and delicious food! We celebrated our paper wedding anniversary last night and the waiter and cheff made us to feel very special. The place is lovely and the food was delicious! We definitively recommend this place.

My partner and I came here with high hopes after reading the reviews online. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The eggplant and garlic dip was bitter and all you could taste was raw garlic. The calamari was bland, unsalted, and the batter did not stick to it. The chicken souvlaki was tender and flavourful but the portion was quite small and we were surprised that it did not come with either tzatziki nor pita bread. Potatoes also skimpy. The couple next to us were visibly disappointed at their order of bruschetta which was just one small pita with some toppings - not the shareable dish it usually is. Maybe this is just the norm now? But it shouldn’t be, because if we felt it was worth it we would go back.

The food is awesome! All the dishes that we ordered were full of flavour and playful to the palate! The greek bruschetta was really good! Overall, it was a great food experience and I would love to visit again!

Completely disappointed. The chicken I had wasn’t t fresh definitely it was frozen before cook and also meal was too greasy and Customer service was horrible just waste of money not recommended at all pictures attached as you can see I didn’t eat even 10% of my meal which I left the whole of meal left on my plate when you talked about tip waitress earn the tip with respect not to beg it like a beggar and I told your respected waiters my food is too oily and not fresh then she didn’t feel like call the manager to rectify the issue and she walked away . Next time tell your waiters to be respectful to your customers and don’t beg for tip please

Love the atmosphere of this place- really felt like a warm day in Greece. The server was very nice, and the food was great. I would recommend the flaming saganaki to try!

What a Happy Valentines we had with beautiful meals from The Blue Olive! ( we did take out) We had company and everyone raved just how great the food was. Thanks once again to Jimmy and his staff for making our dinner the best! You remain my fav! We have more company coming from Whitehorse the first week in March. We will be ordering for sure!

This is by far the best restaurant in all of Halifax! The service, the drinks, the flavours of the most delicious food is absolutely incredible! The owner Jimmy works hard to ensure the best customer satisfaction. Our waiter, Sasha, has always treated us with the utmost respect and is #1 in our books! Thanks guys!!
