The service has always been great at James agencies. My Buisness needs in insurance has been challenging over the years due to the type of buisnesses ive been into and such, but they always seemed to get me something that would work.

I’ve had a good experience with them over the last few years, they explained our policy well.

Convenient, friendly and reliable.Six stars service and value. Too bad I'm only limited to five stars.

On Friday i stopped in just before 3:30 and decided i would renew my registration for the year without looking as i was in a hurry and in all honesty who actually looks at there registration to check right!?! however i sure wish i had . . . . . anyways i was handed a none folded registration and new licence plate tag and booklet. I was unaware till i got home that the registration i received is not MINE!!!! i am so very far from impressed right now as i am way from home unable to drive my vehicle on mothers day weekend to boot. I would not recommend this office to anyone! i honestly cant even comprehend how a mistake like this could even take place with three people working and a policy in place of only serving two customers at a time right now.
