I've been working with this location for years and would definitely recommend it to everyone. The staff are very polite and professional and willing to work with you to make sure your project is amazing! Their manager Anthony peterka goes out of his way to make your experience as seamless as possible. Donna porter is an amazing designer and works with you every step of the way, she gives great advice and has a great eye for detail. She's always there to greet you with a smile and brings over 30 years of experience.

Customer service was non existant. Very unprofessional. Highly encourage people to look elsewhere

We opened the door to the store and a rude lady who worked there told us they closed a few minutes ago and rudely told us to leave. She told us they closed at 3:30 yet the store sign said 5:00 and we arrived at the store at 3:20 already knowing what paint to get. Worst part is, there were customers in the store when we arrived and the door was still open. Save yourself the time and go to the other Benjamin Moore on Des Sources.

I've had quite a negative experience with this store, they do not care about supporting their products at all. All they want is to sell more paint.I painted my entire basement ceiling and trim in chantilly lace, and after three years every bit of trim has turned yellow. It matched perfectly when it went on, yet the trim yellowed over the past couple years. When I went to the store with samples to show them, the workers there pretended they couldn't see the difference in paint color even though it was patently obvious. They said I bought the paint 3 years ago, and asked why I was complaining about it, acting as if a paint color is only supposed to only last 3 years.I don't expect them to pay a contractor to come repaint all of my trim, but to actually have the gall to pretend there isn't a color difference is insanity. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years, and they can't even bother to acknowledge the issue. I've had paint issues at Sherwin-Williams and other retailers, but anytime I've brought it to their attention they acknowledge the issue and do their best to make it right. This store will not help you if anything goes wrong, and act unprofessionally when you come in to talk about it. I seriously suggest you stay away. Dulux or Sherwin-Williams are far more professional and will actually support you if you have problems.Edit: Just look at the owners response to see how they don't care, they'll try to come up with every kind of excuse to not do anything. The same type of paint is on the trim all over the rest of my house and none of that yellowed, yet somehow instead of them acknowledging the paint for the basement trim could have been from a defective batch, they try and blame ANYTHING else. They will NOT help you, this is the help I get having spent thousands on paint with them.

My experience was OUTSTANDING!! I was treated so well by the owner Anthony. I have dealt with many box stores, competitors over the years. They not only offer a superior paint , but superior brushes , tools and advice.After speaking to the owner Anthony, I felt confident with my project. I will never shop box store again.. do it right the first time! Thank you Anthony!

I am a painter contractor and I have a account open at banjamin Moore, they don’t give me a discount because I didn’t open on this specific store. In 10 years of business I never see something like this. 2 gallons of paint = 200$.

Best service in the West Island ,amazing staff!! We have dealt with Anthony and his team for years ,absolutely recommend this location for all your painting & decor needs.
