The whole experience with Valley View was truly amazing. I did my research as best as I could and saw the great reviews at Home Stars and on Google reviews. I booked with them online when our washer broke down and it was the weekend. They called me back as soon as they opened and we nailed down some more details about my problem and clearly laid out their fee to come diagnose the problem. I got a nice automated call that he would be arriving in 30 minutes, which was nice, so I knew exactly when he would arrive. When Steve arrived, he was courteous, kind and had a nice smile on his face - which is rare these days. He assessed the real problem quickly (that the wiring was loose and NOT a bigger more expensive problem), gave me a quote which was totally reasonable and fixed it quickly. (I had an idea of the cost and it was slightly LESS than what I had expected - when does that happen with repairs?!) He cleaned up after himself which is not always the case, so that was awesome. This is an HONEST company. I am fairly handy, but just couldn't do this repair, as I am getting over something, so I had an idea of what was wrong (which I thought was a faulty pump) but he assessed it properly and honestly that it was only some wires that had come loose over 7 years of operation. I have had trouble with repair companies, not knowing if the are replacing parts that don't need to be replaced, etc, just to make more money. So my wife and I felt so taken care of in a great way to get our washer up and running quickly and for a fair price. Last but not least, he gently asked if he could pray for me as I was going through a sickness, and I did not expect that either, but it was so encouraging and powerful. It was really special. Anyway, I highly recommend this professional, honest company after my experience with them.

Steve was AMAZING! I’ve had nothing but headaches since getting a new Bosch dishwasher in January. It hasn’t worked since I bought it and Bosch initially sent me to avalanche appliance in cochrane ( HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE go read my review!) who messed me around for two months with my warranty. I finally got referred to valley view by Bosch and they found all the issues and submitted for a new dishwasher under warranty in under a week! Thank you so much!

Booked an appointment online. They called to confirm, I missed both calls as I was working at the time they called, and the voicemail insisted I called back. Every time I called back there was no one to speak to only a recording telling me to leave a message. The day they were supposed to come they called and gave me a hard time saying the might need to cancel my appointment since I never confirmed. What is the point of booking an online appointment? Don’t waste your time with these jokers.

Steve was great and very friendly. He fixed our oven and our dishwasher that hasn’t been working for a year. Really impressed with the booking system and Steve arrived on time! Would definitely recommend Valley View Appliances and so happy we came across this company in our Google search.
