Sean was extremely helpful in my visits to Lids. I came in looking for a Cleveland Browns hat, and he showed me all of the available options they had. He even went out of his way to look for a size that they most likely didn’t have. He also went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of the whole time. And I’m not going to lie, he was very handsome; this made my visit to Lids much more enjoyable.

Dont buy from store and order online its way cheaper. they have different prices online and wont do price match , its ridiculous, they told me stores in winnipeg are different from online and they are not connected at all. it does not make sense, plus rude and impolite staff , sounds like customers owe them.

The two guys working , made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation party when I was looking for hats for our holidays. They acted as if we were not even there, they were young guys so I get old people are old people to them, but this old person was spending money and their attitudes lost the store money. We will find a new place to not be ignored by children . its so expensive too, don't waste your time here.

Wishing this could be a 0. Playing highly racist, vulgar & disrespectful music in the store. When I asked about it employee said she can turn it down. Not even off. This isn’t your house or personal car. So much for a time where we are embracing change in our culture and workplace. Other customers were shaking their heads too. No accountability for this from the staff member. Didn’t think it was inappropriate until I challenged. “N” word “F” word has no place in public commercial settings. Lost a customer here.

Went to the store yesterday 25th of February and was greeted by Emma. She has been amazing for the time period I stayed there. I had to do couple of customs and bought new hats. Store was busy at the time and she was great throughout managing the whole process. 5 stars are only for her and her amazing customer service.

Great service!! Error with order and Manager stepped up!!.... that was then... waited half hour for store to open late.. to be told again can't embroider.. this after twice getting dst files sent in of our custom logo. Sorry if I was an inconvenience! Twice drove 2.5 hours in for this! Shop online moving forward

Wanted a design put on a hat.Had to download the designs. Could not find what I wanted.The staff did not offer any assistance whatsoever.Poor Service
