Not open today.Shame on Canada post for not updating the website or even this listing. Terrible post office

The lady was super rude and difficult to understand. She explained some loose process, couldn't answer any of my questions, and then hung up on me. Canada post shouldn't exist.

This is my first one-star review. One of worst Canada Post clerk ever. There was an old Indian woman at the desk, she was so rude, careless, ignorant. I was asking regarding Xpresspost, she didn't seem to help me at all. She told me to get away from her if you're not ready. I'm 100% sure she just wanna make very single customer upset and don't come back. Swear, not gonna visit again.

There was a lady, who I assume named Iram based on the previous reviews, was rude to me. I asked her a question and responded with a rude attitude. She told me to grab a pen but there was no pen in sight so I had to wait for a customer to finish using the pen even though she had one on her hand. Told me to give a value for my package but as a first timer, of course i didnt know what she meant. A customer had to explain to me what she meant

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Usually does the best they can. Line-ups are long but that it is to be expected right now.However, they failed in one critical matter. I asked about insurance on an Xpress Post package because it has over $200 worth of documents and all they did was give me the envelopes and say nothing about the insurance. My package is now seemingly delayed or lost but doesn't sufficient insurance due to the inattention of the staff.

There was a old frustrated lady with spec working here was ridiculous. No greeting, very rude behavior. Even though I received email that my parcel was ready to pickup, she even didn't check inside and told me to come later. After the argument she went inside and found my parcel and very professionally and rudely threw my parcel on counter. God bless that old frustrated lady. Get some break from work.

I had to send fifteen hundred dollars to Pakistan, I had two debit cards and the limit of one card was five hundred dollars, which I forgot and my transaction was declined.The lady at the cash counter named Iram gave me a very disrespectful behaviour and told me that she had to cancel the transaction and now you go last in the line and your turn came after all the customers in the queue .I didn't understand this, however I went to her again after one customer & she asked for my ID card again in very bad manners and after the whole process threw the card at me, which was very insulting.I don't think my comment here will have any effect because I have seen many other people's comments about this lady named Iram and she is still behaving like this, maybe she has some serious mental issues.

Tried to confirm ID for account verification for my 12yo who has a different last name than myself. I brought in his birth certificate, sask ID and passport and there's no bypass to their protocol to confirm his ID... ridiculous.

There is this old South Asian lady (dont know her name). She is very very rude. Does not have any customer care skills. Being new to Canada, I did not know many things but she was being so impatient, angry and rude. My other friends had a same experience with her.

If you are able to get your mail directed elsewhere I strongly suggest this. The primary morning worker during the weekdays is never in a good mood. Their lack of customer service is the only consistency that this post office offers their customers. I have had numerous negative interactions with this staff, and I have spoken to upper management about it. It is clear that their is a lack of leadership, accountability and customer service within this particular post office. Do yourself a favour and get your mail delivered to another location.
