I see other's experiences were more positive... However, mine was not. My phone calls went unanswered, and my attempt to place a service call via their beta" site resulted in failure.I'll have to look elsewhere for better services."

Our Technician, Toufik H., did a great job taking care of the problem we had with our 21-year old Maytag dishwasher. He was courteous, professional, informative and did an excellent job assessing the problem and repairing it neat and clean. We are grateful for the wonderful job he did and could tell that he takes great pride in his work. We definitely would feel confident in calling Service 2000 in the future and will tell others about our very good experience.

Carole from Service 2000 was amazing! She worked with my tight timeline of 1 week in Montreal, and was able to urgently schedule 2 service calls for my Gaggenau custom fridge - which simply needed to be pulled out and then returned back into the wall for a repair behind the fridge. The technicians were prompt and professional, took less than 1 hour each service appointment, and took the time to explain as best they could in franglais. I would highly recommend Service 2000 for any specialty services, especially for Gaggenau products. Thanks Carole!
