I’m happy that I found somewhere with everything I need! They have all of the basic ingredients for making chocolate bonbons and much more! The prices are fair too. And the store owner was very kind and helpful. Such a fun place to shop!

Ordered a few baking supplies and silicone molds for a Christmas gift. One item was on backorder and upon calling gusta the item was refunded promptly. Baron was the person I spoke to and he explained all of the options thoroughly and was very professional. I am also very happy with the products and their quality, as was the person receiving the gifts. They sell excellent high quality products here and I will visit in the future!

Good selection of Valrhona chocolate at fairly reasonable prices. Shipping is quick and priced reasonably. Lot's of interesting products, many are priced very reasonably. Ordered twice from this place, so far so good.

Had a great shopping experience yesterday. They had a great selection of Valrhona baking chocolate which is not easy to find in smaller quantities. Symphony was really friendly and did a great job at promoting the shop and classes they offer . As for those who commented about the prices well Valrhona is a world class baking chocolate and with chocolate you definitely get what you pay for! I did not think the prices were unreasonable at all. The cocoa powder was very well priced. Will definitely be stopping in or ordering online again!

Eclectic product selection, but nicely curated with a strong focus on baking tools and ingredients. Prices are fair to excellent for most items; nothing is grossly overpriced. Online ordering is seamless, and shipping is insanely fast. Some kitchen staples are curiously absent (e.g., microplane, kuhn peeler, ateco cake tester), but that’s being nitpicky. Very happy to have found them and will continue to order if/when I need something specific. Great selection of Matfer products as well!

Love the selection! Being a semi professional cook, this place has some of the hard to find professional ingredients and kitchen gadgets at a good price. You can tell the products are top notch in quality.Also great and friendly service! I met the chef in the store and he was very willing to answer questions and offered some nice tricks. Thank you so much and I’ll definitely return.
