Very pleasant and knowledgeable couple running this store. I was looking for a pendant. Called them before coming out, to ask if I could fit in certain budget, was invited over and assured that they will accommodate. My budget was limited, however I was never pushed into anything to max it. As a matter of fact, first pieces I was shown were way below it. I wanted something with a precious stone. Shortly they have found beautiful pendant for me, but the stone in it was not something I was looking for, so we went through many stones that they have separately to see if the one I needed could be fitted in that bracket. 30 minutes later came out with a beautiful white gold/ Colombian emerald pendant. While waiting for it, I was educated in stone specifics and just had a nice chat! Oh, and I had my old chain cleaned for free meanwhile! Definitely, a place I would go back to in a heartbeat. Lynda and her husband were absolutely fantastic. I was recommended to them when shopping around for a engagement ring for my fiancé. They were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Super friendly couple, great price and EXCELLENT service! They fixed my ring within 20 minutes! They added two sizes to it and gave it back clean and shiny looking like new!This will be my to go jewelry place for sure!

This place is great! The owners are so polite and professional. The store is clean and very organized. They are very fast with their services and prices are so affordable and fair. The ring I had was quoted at Ben Moss and People’s at over a thousand dollars to fix with at least a month needed for the service and here it was just over $100 and less than one week. I honestly will never go to a chain store for any of my fixing again. I am so happy I went here and will go back and have been recommending this place to anyone and everyone.

Went to get some faculty heirloom rings cleaned and resized. Not only were they done within a day (they were rushed) but the couple that owns the store were so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. I knew my rings were in the best of hands. I will never go anywhere else. I also loved looking at the rings that they designed, which were beautiful and unique. I will definitely be headed here for my next ring purchase. Thank you!!

What nice people! On top of that, incredible service and prices. Was so impressed. They repaired 2 rings for us in less than 24hrs. Who else does that? Great family run business. With the big name stores it's usually a ridiculous estimate and a 2-3 week wait. We will be taking all of our future business here.

Don't judge a book by it's cover, this business is a HIDDEN GEM (pun intended). Helped me make a custom wedding band out of existing gold. Thoroughly and thoughtfully ran me through all of my options, with no pressure or upsell. Business owners are clearly experienced and knowledgeable in their craft, and very fair to deal with. Prices were fair and transparent. I shopped around at a few goldsmiths, and I couldn't be happier to have decided on Elegance. Will 100% be returning for all of my future jewelry needs. The couple that owns this shop are by far some of the kindest, nicest people we have ever met. They will go above and beyond to explain diamonds and jewellery to their customers. Their prices beat anyone else in town and they custom create/ design their jewellery. We recently bought a Custom engagement ring from them and couldn't be happier!
