The best pricing (I searched allot) and outstanding service. Uli addressed my concerns with installation scheduling and adjusting the order even when she was on her leave .I had a great experience with this company during my house complete renovation. If you are shopping for countertops in saskatoon you have to at least get a quote from them. I can’t say enough about the excellent service and final product (quartz) we got through Michelangelo. Uli patiently and kindly guided me through MANY samples before I found just the right one. I was also able to see many of them in full slabs which they have right there at their showroom location. The ability to actually see the full slabs was a service I did not find elsewhere, and I found it invaluable in helping to make a decision on what is such a major purchase, and design element of a new kitchen renovation. Lindsay and the team of installers did an excellent job, and Lindsay even worked directly with our cabinet builder to sort out the finer installation details that I would not have thought of. Their prices were competitive or even better than other places I received quotes from as well. Have been recommending to friends already.

For my wife and I Michelangelo’s is the only place to go when looking for solid surface countertops.Lou Anne and I put granite tops from Michelangelo’s in both the houses we’ve lived in. The service and selection are second to none. Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received here. Not sure if it was because we are from out of town, but will be buying from someone else in Saskatoon, or simply a lack of professionalism. Knew exactly what we were looking for as this has been researched for over a year, asked for a quote to be done for kitchen counter tops and master bath vanity, sent in all our drawings, no reply that they were received. An email telling us that our granite selection for one piece of the kitchen was not a good one, come in and look for an alternative, excuse me? OK, fine, I reply back asking if she received the drawings and if we could get the quote as is.....nothing! Had to phone to find out what was going on and again she only focused on the one piece that she says is no good, so...what about the rest of the items? Long story short, well a bit shorter, we never received a quote, for reasons I don't know and would NEVER recommend shopping with this company. I realize it may not be the biggest kitchen they quote on but I am a paying customer and would appreciate professional customer service. I am happy other people have had a good experience here, we did not have the person others had mentioned, but from our experience...not good!

I have been dealing with Michelangelo for years. Their customer service and the quality of their product is second to none. Uli and Sharon really know their stuff and are amazing to work with. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks.

Started out great but turned into a flop.I was looking for a cut off piece of marble for my bathroom vanity(Wasn’t really a cut off piece as it is 6ft) When I called Michelangelo they were very helpful. They said they possibly had what I was looking for in their yard and would check it out. Turns out it was in rough shape and would be a no go. They told me to come by and take a look at what they had in the warehouse and they would get me a quote. I went in that same day and they had exactly what I wanted. I gave them my measurements and contact info. Said they would give me a call or send an email quote in a week or so. About three weeks passed and I hadn’t heard anything. I gave them a call, they told me they didn’t have a record of my measurements or info. I gave them the measurements and info again and they said they would send me a quote in a couple days. Months passed and STILL no quote. I didn’t bother to call back as at this point I felt they did not want my business. I’m not sure if it was because I am outside of the city or because it was a smaller piece and maybe not worth their while. I was disappointed as I was hoping to get my kitchen countertops from them as well if all went well with my vanity but unfortunately no one got back to me. Disappointing as others seem to have good experiences there!

In 2010 we first went to meet Uli to look at granite for our home, actually it was the same afternoon we found out the deal was done, she was so excited for us. It was an acreage just NW of Prince Albert. What a fantastic experience, she spent time with us to explain the different products we could get, pros and cons of each so we had all the information so we could make the right decision. So much to learn. We went with the granite and can’t say enough good about the products and services we got. Guess what 2017 we were back as we moved from PA to Battleford and we wanted granite again and the same wonderful service, ideas, helpfulness, no rush, no pressure sales and we are now looking at another beautiful finished product by this team. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone! There is a reason they have been doing what they do for as many years as they have been! Thanks again, next home we will be back again!
