Samsung Experience Store - MEC

I have come three times to see the repair of my telephone hearing aids, but the employees are always busy, taking a lunch or is no one in the technical service to assist me, making me waste my time. Terrible customer service.

You have to know when they do great deals.I bought my S22 Ultra from this branch and got my Samsung Galaxy Smart watch 4 for free.They do a lot of offers but you need to know the right time.Staff are very friendly and helpful. They explain very well all the details that you need.A lot of devices and accessories are inside the store, so you have a lot of choices.

Great and fast service... they followed on on my service request and they changed my screen and phone body as promised and on time.The support tech was very professional and knew what he was talking about!I do recommend the store

Called in after speaking with tech support , called the number for this store, ended up back at tech support. Called again and tried 2 different extensions , no answer and the automated machine hangs up. Not to mention you only have French as an option on the directory while calling in. What happened to bilingualism? I understand French a bit but for those who don't you are s.o.l .I gave 3 stars because I love the products, Samsungs overall customer service is in need of drastic help . In store is a lot better than over the phone for the record

The reps were really helpful and welcoming. When you go to most stores like Apple store, it feels like their employees are trying to convince/force you to upgrade your phone. The employees at Samsung experience store were great. I felt I was being listened too. And not just nods. Best experience I have had.

1 - went here for a screen replacement. Upon receiving my device, I verified if everything was good and the screen was not even stuck back into the frame properly. There were gaps all around and I had to tell them to redo it. Good thing I didn't just leave without verifying.2 - recycle box for old tech is a lie. One day, the old devices are in the box, the next day, they're in the garbage can with other trash. Upon asking about it, I got treated like if I was trying to steal" the old devices. I COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT OLDER DEVICES THAT I BROUGHT IN MYSELF TO RECYCLE! I do care that I am getting lied to though! Samsung supposedly cares about the environment

No one greet up when we get into the store. We browse around for 10 mins and finally a staff came over and asked if we needed any help.Displays are neat, some are dummies and some are working actual products.Aside from cell phones, they have smart watch, tablets/ computer, charging cables, and other accessories.

I went in yesterday almost despairingly. I was greeted courteously and then AJ (Ajay?) proceeded to diagnose my phone woes. He was infinitely patient, kind & helpful. Without going into detail, there was nothing wrong with my S21FE but the service provider with whom I have a contract (I won't name names, but their history suggests that they ought to offer excellent telephone support) had conducted an incomplete and useless diagnostic remotely. They gave me the runaround until my problem was resolved by AJ at the Samsung Store in Eaton Centre. The manager was also extremely supportive. Happy outcome for me. I received excellent service at this store.

My wife purchased the Fold3 (with extended warranty) and had to get the screen protector replaced (a common thing for that device and also an integral part of the device) and had to pay $80 for it (should be included with he extended warranty imo) and now, 2 months later she has the same issue. Called in to see what kind of warranty it has, and I am told it is only 7 day. What kind of warranty is that? Called the store to be rudely told this information and called Samsung directly to be told they do not own the stores (???). They couldn't also tell me who manage them.I guess I will have to send a formal notice as this is against the law and see from there. In Quebec, phone repairs have a 3 months warranty for both parts and labour.
