Great Customer Service, my 14 year old had a lot of questions and the 2 guys working were awesome. Well worth the trip over the border for cash and carry instead of trying to order online.

Not good service.manager is not customer friendly the owners are nice but as a owner they have other things to do I’m not blaming them.I bought two new seadoo keys and they uncoded my old keys they wanted to rechargeMe to fix their mistake.John the service manager was very rude about it.I’m offering $50.00 dollars cash to everyone who will not shop at Ontario east powersport Cornwall for the next 30 days .And can prove they bought somewhere else

Very dissatisfied with the parts department. Counter man was unknowledgeable and did not want to take the time to find the parts I inquired about. Proceeds to tell me they haven’t been made in years. When shown the products for 2020 application and given part numbers provided by myself he got irritated and proceed to stare at me and drop parts books from shoulder height to the counters. The manner in which your representative acted is inappropriate. Unfortunately I still purchased all $2000 worth of BRP parts. But will not be returning will continue to use Embrum and Morrisburg.

Guys are great.The mecanic himself took it upon himself to show me where my spyder was parked out back, then procceded to answer all my questions thoroughly.That kind of customer care is rare now a days. Seems all employees just want to work and not be bothered by customers or questions.Not these guys......Nice work guys.You now have a customer for life.Doug De champlain.
