Ono's of Japan

Good food at a good price.I went today for the first time and wasn't expecting much for the price it was. My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised and would like to go again on another day when we don't feel like cooking. Everything was tasty, even the chicken which is usually disgusting if you don't spend a lot. We both got bento boxes so we had rice, meat, sushi, tempura yams, and miso soup, we also got spring rolls, so we got to try a little of just about everything.Would love to come again, it's hard to find good takeout, much less at a reasonable price.

I tried the spicy California roll. The rice is way too sticky the seaweed is tough and the crab did not smell fresh. I did like the spicy sauce. I have had better sushi from a supermarket. I would expect better from a sushi place.

I will never order from them again. I work in the mall and I was on my break, and went to get something for my lunch. My total came to $10.45 and I tapped my card, but turns out I was charged $29.35. The lady seemed hesitant to tell me at first, but finally informed me of the error. She took about 10 minutes to call her boss to attempt to figure out how to fix the error. She did some calculations and somehow figured out that she should only be refunding me $8.40? How she got that, I'm not sure. So I said no, you owe me $18.90, which it said right on the receipt is how much I was overcharged. Finally after about 22 minutes, she handed me cash, had me sign a receipt saying i got cash, compared my signature to what's on my card AND ID and said it didn't look the same (which it did), finally gave my ID and card back, and said goodbye, but I hadn't gotten my food yet. Turns out, THEY DIDN'T EVEN START MAKING IT! I only get a half hour break and they seemed to be in no hurry to get my food ready. Definitely not impressed with this place.

That one star shouldn't be marked on the first place. I was being mislead for what they commercial on thier displays menu on the board. I expected to get a fresh ramen noodles but I was given for an instant ramen noodles for $14.+ !!! Instant noodles!! What kind of restaurant is that???... serving an instant noodles when in fact the pictures display in there menu was fresh!! Very misleading advertisements!!! Avoid this place!!! And they're customer service is very sucks. The lady in the cashier is very rude!!!

My favorite place to go eat in Chilliwack. I loves the salmon and Chicken teriyaki. And the sushi was pretty good too. My stomach always felt filled and satisfied after eating. I've been ordering the food there since I was a kid.When I recently heard that Cottonwood mall was removing the food court, my heart sanked... You never quite know just how much a place ment to you till its gone.I will miss you Ono's of Japan. Wishing all the staff the best, and I hope you'll be able to re-open again in a new place with familiar faces.

They don't speak english and I don't speak their language but at the end the experience to order was good.Food is tasty and Price it's worth.

Awesome food, great staff and service. I’ve been coming for years my favourite dish is their Chicken Teriyaki, they always give very generous portions which always has me coming back!

Had the Bento Box B - Beef Box and enjoyed my meal. Would come back and order another bento box.

Very poor customer service..the guy right now didn’t ask me for the bag at the time of taking payment for my sushi but later was asking for 25 cents…and when I said don’t have cash, he didn’t provide me one to serve a customer better

Ive been here before lots. Hit and miss but today was the last time. Literally chocked on piece or plastic in my teriyaki.
