Love this store. Lots of staff to assist you, and just an all-round friendly place.. Who would have thought a simple visit to a hardware store could be such a pick-me-up, but it's true. Old fashioned service and a pleasant atmosphere to cheer you up every time.

Absolute best hardware store in town. Super friendly and helpful. They are known for having loyal customers because of their customer family feel. Reasonably priced and things you can't find at other hardware stores you can probably find at Swanson's. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, extremely helpful if you are into the d.i.y trend. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time picking up lumber with my new utility trailer. Staff were SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful! Helped me pick out the right cedar and which sheet of 4x8 plywood for my project. Price was great.Lumber was 10x better quality than you'll find in the lumber aisle at big orange or blue big box hardware stores. So much better.Helped me load lumber onto my trailer. Stapled a red marker on the long boards for me. Super friendly. This will be my go-to for all my lumber and projects. Really happy I contacted them!

Terrible customer service. I went to return a lawnmower that was not working right and I have arthritis and it keeps stuck every minute and after less than half use they refused even exchange it. I will never use homhardware again stores or online. How can you guarantee the product is working or not if you don't open it. Such a bad bad customer service.

Today I went to buy softener salt and I also purchased a new battery for my key fob. I didn’t catch the person helping me name but she had awesome blue glasses and my receipt says KRIS. Anyways she even put the battery in for me!! Just a wonderful person and exceptional service skills. I also love how they put your salt in your trunk for you!!

Went to purchase shingles and got the worst service ever! Sales clerk was completely inept and not inerestesd in helping us. No stock in at least two types we wanted. Then we finally chose another type on his suggestion but he then had none of that type either. We finally gave up and went somewhere else.

Great customer service experience with Jordan and our deck planning. Materials ordered and we should be good to start the build next week ( and here we thought we'd be waiting at least a month!) Highly recommend this business for knowledge and services.
